How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your data from Contractor Autopilot AI, you have two options:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to kevin@contractorautopilot.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: In-App

Log into your Contractor Autopilot portal account, navigate to Settings, and select “Delete Account.” This will remove all your personal data and disconnect any linked social media accounts.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and business information
• Connected social media account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Call logs, text logs, and appointment history
• Invoices, proposals, and contacts

What We Cannot Delete

• Content already published to your social media accounts (manage this directly on each platform)
• Payment records required for legal/tax compliance (retained for 7 years)

Facebook & Instagram Data

When you disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account, we immediately revoke and delete the access tokens. We do not retain any Facebook or Instagram user data after disconnection.
