Quick answers

I can't log in

Use portal.contractorautopilot.ai/login and the "forgot password" link on that screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check spam, then text us — we can reset it by hand.

I need to get set up

Setup happens inside the app the first time you log in: confirm your business details, add your logo and colors, and upload photos of finished work. It takes about ten minutes on your phone. If you'd rather have us do it, call and we'll set it up with you on the phone.

A customer says they never got my text or quote

Open the job and check the message history — every text, email and quote we send is logged there with its status. If it shows as sent and they still don't have it, send us the customer's number and we'll trace it with the carrier.

Billing, plan changes and cancelling

Email kevin@contractorautopilot.ai and we'll handle it the same day. No cancellation phone maze — say the word and it's done. See the refund policy for how refunds work.

Deleting your data

You own your data and can have it deleted. Follow the steps on the data deletion page, or just ask us and we'll do it for you.

Using the mobile app

The app asks for camera or location access

The camera is used for job photos and for measuring rooms with your phone. Location is used to tag a job site and to measure a property outline from the driveway. Both are asked for only when you use those features, and you can say no and keep using everything else.

Room measuring doesn't show up on my phone

Scanning a room with the camera needs a phone with a depth sensor — on iPhone that means the Pro models. On other phones you'll see the measuring tools that don't need one. Measurements are meant for pricing a job, not for cutting trim.

Do I need the app to use Contractor Autopilot?

No. Everything works in a web browser at portal.contractorautopilot.ai. The app adds the camera and measuring tools and is faster on a phone.
