At Contractor Autopilot AI we stand behind our product and want every customer to feel confident in their decision to use our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By subscribing to our Service you agree to this Refund Policy.

FREE TRIAL POLICY

Important details about our free trial:

  • Check
    No Charge During Trial — If you sign up using a free trial offer your payment method will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
  • Check
    Trial to Paid Conversion — At the end of your free trial your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

    Trial Cancellation — To cancel during your trial period contact us at support@contractorautopilot.ai or cancel through your account dashboard before your trial end date.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Our refund policy for monthly subscriptions:

  • Check
    General Policy — All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Check
    First Month Satisfaction Guarantee — If you are not satisfied with our Service within your first 30 days of paid subscription (not including any free trial period) you may request a full refund of your first month's payment by contacting us within 30 days of your first charge.

    To qualify: You must have completed the onboarding form, your AI receptionist must have been live for at least 7 days, you must contact us within 30 days of your first charge, and you must provide specific feedback about why the Service did not meet your expectations.

    This guarantee may only be used once per customer and once per business.
  • Check
    Subsequent Months — After the first 30 days of paid subscription all fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a refund of the current billing period.

ONE-TIME FEES

Policy for one-time fees:

  • Check
    Custom CRM Integration Fee ($497) — Non-refundable once integration work has begun. If you request a custom integration and cancel before work begins you will receive a full refund. Once our team has begun integration work no refund will be issued.

    Setup Fees — If applicable any one-time setup fees are non-refundable once your account has been configured and your AI receptionist has gone live.

SERVICE OUTAGES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

How we handle service interruptions:

    Unplanned Outages — If our Service experiences an unplanned outage that results in your AI receptionist being unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours we will issue a prorated credit to your account for the period of unavailability. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
  • Check
    Scheduled Maintenance — Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Downtime during scheduled maintenance does not qualify for credits or refunds.
  • Check
    Third-Party Service Issues — Our Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio, Vapi, and Calendly. Outages caused by third-party providers are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but we are not liable for third-party service interruptions and these do not qualify for refunds.

SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    You changed your mind after the first 30 days

    You did not use the Service during the billing period
  • Check
    You forgot to cancel before the trial ended
  • Check
    You were unaware of the automatic renewal
  • Check
    Your business circumstances changed
  • Check
    You found an alternative solution
  • Check
    The AI receptionist did not perform exactly as you expected due to factors within your control such as incomplete onboarding information
  • Check
    You violated our Terms of Service
  • Check
    Your account was terminated due to non-payment or policy violations

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund that qualifies under this policy:

    Step 1 — Email us at support@contractorautopilot.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Check
    Step 2 — Include the following information: your full name, business name, email address on your account, date of the charge you are requesting a refund for, and reason for your refund request
  • Check
    Step 3 — We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  • Check
    Step 4 — If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback:

    We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company
  • Check
    We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly
  • Check
    Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and may affect your ability to use our Service in the future

    If you have a legitimate billing dispute please contact us at support@contractorautopilot.ai and we will work to resolve it promptly

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Policy modification terms:
