FREE TRIAL POLICY
2.1 No Charge During TrialIf you sign up using a free trial offer your paymentmethod will not be charged during the trial period.You may cancel at any time before the trial endsand you will not be charged.2.2 Trial to Paid ConversionAt the end of your free trial your subscription willautomatically convert to a paid subscription and yourpayment method will be charged the applicable monthlyrate. It is your responsibility to cancel before thetrial ends if you do not wish to continue.2.3 Trial CancellationTo cancel during your trial period contact us atsupport@contractorautopilot.ai or cancel throughyour account dashboard before your trial end date.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
3.1 General PolicyAll monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.When you cancel your subscription you will retainaccess to the Service through the end of yourcurrent billing period. We do not provide proratedrefunds for unused portions of a billing period.3.2 First Month Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with our Service withinyour first 30 days of paid subscription (notincluding any free trial period) you may requesta full refund of your first month's payment bycontacting us within 30 days of your first charge.To qualify for the first month satisfaction guarantee:- You must have completed the onboarding form- Your AI receptionist must have been live for at least 7 days- You must contact us within 30 days of your first charge- You must provide specific feedback about why the Service did not meet your expectationsThis guarantee may only be used once per customerand once per business.3.3 Subsequent MonthsAfter the first 30 days of paid subscription allfees are non-refundable. Cancellation will stopfuture charges but will not result in a refundof the current billing period.
ONE-TIME FEES
4.1 Custom CRM Integration Fee ($497)Custom CRM integration fees are non-refundable onceintegration work has begun. If you request a customintegration and cancel before work begins you willreceive a full refund. Once our team has begunintegration work no refund will be issued.4.2 Setup FeesIf applicable any one-time setup fees arenon-refundable once your account has been configuredand your AI receptionist has gone live.
SERVICE OUTAGES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
5.1 Unplanned OutagesIf our Service experiences an unplanned outage thatresults in your AI receptionist being unavailablefor more than 24 consecutive hours we will issuea prorated credit to your account for the periodof unavailability. Credits will be applied to yournext billing cycle.5.2 Scheduled MaintenanceScheduled maintenance windows will be communicatedin advance. Downtime during scheduled maintenancedoes not qualify for credits or refunds.5.3 Third-Party Service IssuesOur Service relies on third-party providers includingTwilio, Vapi, and Calendly. Outages caused bythird-party providers are outside our control.We will make reasonable efforts to restore serviceas quickly as possible but we are not liable forthird-party service interruptions and these do notqualify for refunds.
SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:- You changed your mind after the first 30 days- You did not use the Service during the billing period- You forgot to cancel before the trial ended- You were unaware of the automatic renewal- Your business circumstances changed- You found an alternative solution- The AI receptionist did not perform exactly as you expected due to factors within your control such as incomplete onboarding information- You violated our Terms of Service- Your account was terminated due to non-payment or policy violations
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund that qualifies under this policy:Step 1: Email us at support@contractorautopilot.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"Step 2: Include the following information: - Your full name - Business name - Email address on your account - Date of the charge you are requesting a refund for - Reason for your refund requestStep 3: We will review your request and respond within 3 business daysStep 4: If approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
CHARGEBACKS
We ask that you contact us before initiating achargeback with your bank or credit card company.We are committed to resolving issues fairly andquickly. Initiating a chargeback without firstcontacting us may result in immediate terminationof your account and may affect your ability touse our Service in the future.If you have a legitimate billing dispute pleasecontact us at support@contractorautopilot.ai andwe will work to resolve it promptly.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policyat any time. Changes will be effective immediatelyupon posting to our website. Your continued use ofthe Service after changes are posted constitutesyour acceptance of the revised policy.
